You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

The High Anxiety crate is our only crate covered by the Lifetime Dog Damage Guarantee. We do not cover dog damage on the Stationary or Collapsible crate models.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate can become airline compatible with the Airline brackets and Rear Airline Rail, which can be found on our Accessories page. We recommend calling the airline you plan to fly with ahead of time, as each airline has specific requirements for flying with pet cargo.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our Stationary Screws and Rear Airline Rail.

This crate is amazing, my girl has had injuries from several other crates including two broken canines. She has developed extremely severe anxiety with separation and storms. She is under care at a large teaching hospital. Believe me, we have tried everything from behavioral therapy, holistic care, and every pharmaceutical out there.
She is relaxed and can’t wait to get in her crate especially during storms.
**Definitely a bit of a process to assemble and two people are necessary. **

My lab has destroyed multiple wire and plastic kennels. He's ripped up trim, doors, chairs, and covered himself in scabs breaking out of other crates. We've had the impact for 2 months and there is barely a stratch on the crate or our dog!

At first, I was hesitant to spend over $1,000 on a dog cage. I had already wasted around $400 on three different cages, and my rescue puppy still struggled with extreme anxiety, chewing through metal bars and injuring himself badly. Finally, I decided to invest in this high quality cage, and it has completely changed both our lives. I no longer rush home in fear of finding him hurt, and the best part is that he now sees his cage as his safe place. If your dog has severe anxiety and keeps hurting themselves, I 100% recommend this cage it’s worth every penny.

My pits have really bad anxiety/separation anxiety during the bad weather. This past month I lost my job due to having to leave work multiple times because my 9 year old son broke out of his kennel and keeps breaking down doors trying to come find me while injuring himself in the process. (his sister struggles with the same thing, she’s just not as strong as him to break down doors.) After trying so many different medications, countless kennels, nothing seemed to work for my escape artist and I didn’t know what else to do.. Until I found yall. So I finally bit the bullet, and got him Impacts High Anxiety Crate. Not only can he not break out, but he GENUINELY LOVES it! Especially with the bad weather, it seems that’s the only thing that works for him and keeps him relaxed without having to be literally on top of me.. I have a Great Pyrenees, with severe separation anxiety and this has been the only crate that could hold him. I thought that it was an expensive purchase, but in the months that I've had the kennel it has paid for itself. I can leave my home knowing that he is safe, my other dog is safe, and he is not destroying things.
