Return Policy
In order to qualify for a refund, items must be lightly used, in like-new condition, and free from contaminants or structural damage. A $150 return shipping fee applies, and refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of item inspection. Returns are not accepted after 30 days.
If your purchase meets these conditions, we’ll issue a full refund minus the shipping fee.
Exchange Policy
We allow one free product exchange per order for customers located within Canada
Exchange must be claimed within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.
To be valid for an exchange, the product must be returned in original condition including manufacturer packaging, tags and documentation. Exchanges will be refused if items arrive used or damaged due to improper packaging. Please ensure your product is carefully packaged.
