You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.
If the return is initiated after the first 10 calendar days of receiving your product, you will be charged a minimum 10% restocking fee. (higher if returned damaged or used)

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our Stationary Screws and Rear Airline Rail.

This is my second collapsible crate.
My pharaoh hounds do very well with these as their safe zone from loud noises like thunder storms and fire works.

I am embarrassed to admit that my 40 inch collapsible crate took a ride out of the bed of my truck at 65 MPH. my dog wasn't in it.... a heavy cross wind grabbed the crate and over the tailgate it went. I watched it leave in my rear view mirror, I knew 100% I was ordering a new crate that afternoon, and trying to figure what I was going to do with my dog in the meantime, Not the case at all. the crate survived with VERY minimal scratching even. one of the plastic corners broke off and that was the extent of the damage! I purchased my crate second hand, due to cost, and had no expectation that anything would be covered under any warranty, I was wrong again. Impact shipped a new corner, new rivets and even offered a drill bit in the event I needed to drill new holes for rivets! beyond grateful, beyond impressed. We will be ordering a new 48inch crate at the end of the week as my dog is ready to move to the next size.
