You have 30 calendar days to return your unused product from the date of delivery.

The Collapsible crate comes with our Lifetime Warranty to ensure your crate is free of defects in materials or workmanship, for life. The Collapsible crate does not come with a dog damage guarantee.
The Collapsible crate is not designed for dogs who escape or show signs of anxiety. Although this crate is much stronger than traditional wire and plastic crates, the hinges and folding design of this crate is not ideal for anxious dogs. We have specifically designed the High Anxiety dog crate for destructive and escape-artist dogs.
We are unable to add the High Anxiety ventilation holes to the Collapsible crate.
Generally, if the Crate is rattling, it's because the rubber stopper on the inside of the Door has fallen off. This is a similar kind of stopper you find on cabinet doors. If this happens, just contact us and we'll replace it free of charge. Sometimes there may be a bit of a rattle between the Side Walls and Front Frame - that can be avoided with our Stationary Screws and Rear Airline Rail.

This crate is amazing! Very easy to set up. You literally take it out of the box, pop it up, secure the front and back with the heavy-duty, easy to use screws to the sides and bam! There you go. There are support rails that go on each side to stabilize the sides and my goodness it is so easy to do! We got the XL for our German Shepherd and we don’t have to worry about a thing.

We bought a high anxiety crate for our escape artist of a lab. It works perfect for the home but we would carry it with us when traveling. I want to say it’s very hard to contact by phone someone which I hate that everything is like this now. I did reach out through email and Riley was in top of all my questions and helped me a lot on my crate purchases. I do wish they would bring the option back to have bars on the doors instead of it being complete closed off. I do understand why but for the cars it is nice to be able to see your dogs and for them to see out.
